This program is designed to support working parents that are unable to afford extracurricular activities such as; soccer, baseball, dance, piano lessons, voice lesson, ice skating lessons, Gymnastics, art, Drama, Tutoring in areas of math and reading and many more.
These are the great benefits of our after school program:
Help them develop into an interesting human being and mature Christian. A wide variety of hobbies, interests, passions, and talents are what make us intriguing and dynamic people.
Help them become socially adjusted. By participating in activities with other kids, children learn leadership, problem solving, cooperation, and self expression in an extremely 'hands-on' environment. People who understand how to relate to and work closely with other people are bound to be more successful and happier later in life.
Keep them healthy. Childhood obesity is out of control in the United States. Kids, who are active, in sports or arts, are less likely to vegetate in front of the TV for hours while downing bags of unhealthy snacks.
Makes it a family affair! Taking the whole family to games, recitals, or any sort of opportunity to see the child in action will show them that they are supported in whatever they do. Plus, everyone can feel a sense of pride seeing a family member doing something they love.
Help us help these children of single parents discover things they love to do, and support them along the way-everyone will be better off in the end.
